Official Start of the Silk Way Rally 2019 will gather participants from 36 countries setting a new record for the race. Preliminary list of the 9th edition reached 97 participants including quads and motorcycle, who will go the Silk Way Rally for the first time in history.
MOSCOW (RUSSIA) – Friday, July 27: Overdrive Racing’s Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah claimed the third quickest time on the final stage of the Silk Way Rally between Lipetsk and Moscow on Friday and confirmed second overall in the general classification.
LIPETSK (RUSSIA) – Thursday, July 26: Overdrive Racing’s Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah bounced back strongly from his time delay on Wednesday to set the fastest time on the penultimate stage of the Silk Way Rally between Vologograd and Lipetsk on Thursday.
VOLGOGRAD (RUSSIA) – Wednesday, July 25: Overdrive Racing’s Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah ceded further time to his rivals on a demanding 445km special stage of the Silk Way Rally between Astrakhan and Vologograd on Wednesday.
ASTRAKHAN (RUSSIA) – Monday, July 23: Overdrive Racing’s Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah lost the outright lead of the Silk Way Rally and slipped to third overall on the second half of the shortened Marathon stage between Elista and a return to Astrakhan in southern Russia on Monday morning.

ASTRAKHAN (RUSSIA) – Saturday, July 21: Overdrive Racing’s Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah and French co-driver Matthieu Baumel stayed clear of trouble and moved into an outright lead of 2min 30sec after a challenging loop stage of 311 kilometres through the Takyr desert around Astrakhan in southern Russia on Saturday.
